We’re just days away from the 2025 School Climate Conference, and we’re thrilled to welcome over 700 participants to Pechanga Resort in Temecula, California. We have an incredible lineup of learning and networking opportunities, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Event Details

• Registration Location: In front of Summit Ballroom C

• Registration Opens: 10:00 am on April 23

• Workshop Rooms: Most are on the 2nd floor of the conference center

• Summit A: Near Summit Ballroom C

• First Workshops Begin: 1:00 pm on April 23

General Sessions (Summit Ballroom C)

• Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 5:45 pm

• Thursday: 12:15 pm – 2:00 pm

• Friday: 9:00 am – 10:30 am

Social

• Wednesday: 5:45 pm – 7:30 pm at Eagles Nest (Elevators by hotel check-in)

Coffee and Refreshment Breaks

• Thursday and Friday Mornings: 7:30 am – 10:30 am in the Foyer of Summit Ballroom C

Parking

• Valet: $10.00 per day

• Self-Parking: Available in the garage

Attire
This is a casual-attire professional development experience. The weather will be beautiful, and we encourage you to explore the Pechanga resort during breaks and in the afternoon.

You’re on your own for dinner. A few options include:

• Multiple on-site restaurants (reservations recommended)

• Old Town Temecula – 10 minutes away

• Temecula Wine Country – 10 minutes away (reservations suggested)
