Virtual Conference Registration

  • This is the person who will receive all communication from the School Climate Conference staff. It is the responsibility of the Contact person to forward information to the participants.
  • *If registering more than 10 participants, please email info@schoolclimateconference.com for custom order process.
  • Please enter the name and email of each participant. This includes the contact person listed above as well if they are attending the conference. This form generates the conference attendee list and must include all participants attending the conference. Click the plus sign (+) to the right of school or organization box to add participants. If you would like to add more than two participants, you will need to fill out another form.
